XIII. Disposal
At the end of use, the supplier shall take over the correct disposal of the goods supplied, which, as the manufacturer, he initially sold to users other than private domestic households. In connection with this matter, the term goods shall refer solely to the products which are specified in the ElektroG dated 23rd March 2005 in Annexe I No. 5: Lighting Units.
Gas-discharge lamps are excepted from the aforementioned regulation. Solely for these as from the 24. 03.2006 the supplier bills an amount for the disposal. This amount is not qualified for conditions and cash discount and is valid for Germany only.
The obligation to undertake disposal shall not apply to any other products.
In connection with this matter, the supplier shall create a reasonable facility for the return of the goods exclusively for all users other than private domestic households.
The last owner shall be responsible for transportation to the hand-over point. The return facilities will be listed, described and continually updated on the supplier’s homepage on the Internet. These stipulations shall apply exclusively to products which the supplier has put in circulation in the Federal Republic of Germany.
