RMA Request
In order to return a CEAG product following procedure should be used.
IMPORTANT : CEAG Notlichtsysteme GmbH will not accept any returns without RMA Number.
This service is applicable only for CEAG products purchased from authorised CEAG distributors.

Please use the following service form to obtain a valid RMA-number.
To execute your request as easy and fast as possible we ask you to complete the form according to its guidelines.
After receipt of the RMA request by CEAG Notlichtsysteme GmbH, a confirmation and authorisation message including the necessary RMA-Number will be communicated normally within 24 hours.
Please note this RMA-Number viewable on the shipping package - Material without RMA-Number is not accepted.
After receipt of the RMA material, CEAG will service the product as indicated on the original RMA request.
