GuideLed - pathbreaking

The new GuideLed family shows that the fulfillment of standards, versatile types of installation and high cost-effectiveness do not necessarily have to be contrary to an exemplary design.

With the GuideLed, an exit sign luminaire has been developed that completely satisfies the requirements of ISO 3864-1 and DIN 4844-1, including the demand for 500 cd/m² light density within the white area.
The basis for these values is the highly sophisticated Lightguide technology that transforms the highly concentrated light density of an LED into an absolutely uniform, brightly lit surface. Through their redundancy, the 3-chip LEDs employed here ensure increased operational reliability and with a service life of 50 000 operating hours significantly reduce the maintenance costs. And all this with a current consumption that is up to 70% below that of a comparable luminaire with fluorescent lamp!

The comprehensive product portfolio makes turns the GuideLed into a real all-rounder:
Exit sign luminaires with viewing distances of 20 m or 30 m, as single-sided or double-sided variants, with a total of 6 different installation methods as a system- or self-contained luminaire offer the optimum solution for every room situation. All GuideLed exit signs impress with their clear functionality without visible screw connections and their unsurpassed flat design.

Despite their compact size and low power consumption, the new GuideLed safety lights can easily compete with fluorescent tube lights with higher watt ratings when it comes to the achievable luminaire to luminaire spacings for lighting in accordance with European standard EN 1838. Two optics developed specially for the requirements of emergency lighting guide the light either along the escape route or uniformly over the largest possible area. The GuideLed safety lights are also available as system- and self-contained luminaires.
